I’d love guidance on journaling! I’m an avid believer in morning pages (from The Artists Way book), I can always learn more. No one really says “wow I’ve really mastered journaling, i don’t need more of that in my life” 😆

Prompts would be good, maybe centered around what you post?

Wow, short, sweet, punchy and exactly the medicine I needed to hear right now. So much of this process is also about trust... in ourselves and that something will come along to fill the void left behind 🤍

Totally trust. And I think when we grieve we give up old beliefs about ourselves and trust that we can be more or different than what made us safe in the past.

"Letting Go Happens Between The Tension Of Grief And Bravery." This is very important, especially if we want to hold on to things that are NOT good for us at all.

Please do the guide to journaling as it’s something I’ve often considered.

Still stuck on this sentence -- "Letting go happens in the tension between grief and bravery." Thank you for your wisdom, and thank you so much for supporting my book launch!

Yeah I’m also wondering... why is there “tension” between those 2 experiences versus a “gap”?

Thank you for that. It brings an experience to the phrase: when one door closes 2 more open
