Want to see the notes on my phone?
All my friends have seen me suddenly pull out my phone, open my notes app, and jot down thoughts. It happens in the middle of conversations, while watching movies, during flights, and – more often than not – just before falling asleep. It's my way of organizing the chaos in my head. The notes on my phone are my unedited experiences, ideas, and feelings about life.
Many of these notes end up being shortened and repackaged for social media content, but some of it never sees the light of day…until now.

What to expect from my notes?
You can expect helpful and (I hope) insightful content. You will also become part of a community of people who share the same goal: navigating life more deliberately and exploring what it means to be human.
Most of my monthly newsletters will include a “before I forget” section where I reflect on lessons I’ve learned and hard truths we all face. The newsletters will also include “reflection pieces” that discuss relationships (of all types), identity, meaning, purpose, love, boundaries, responsibility, choices, healing, and so on. Some months, I will interview other therapists and writers, share photos of my life, and offer recommendations for books, movies, and apps.
If you're a paid subscriber, you will also get something extra from me each month. I am thinking…voice memos, Q&A, reflection and journaling questions, deep-dive explanations of posts I have created on Instagram, stories and experiences, and maybe even some vlogs.
Phew, you made it this far. Thanks for reading along! WELCOME, and I look forward to connecting more deeply with you through this new Substack adventure!
